The People Services Director will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of HR services and programs to enhance the employee experience while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role focuses on key areas such as employee engagement, compliance, talent development, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, capable of driving cultural transformation and fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee HR strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with employment laws.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, promoting a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Drive the implementation of programs focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Oversee the talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and succession planning.
  • Design and implement policies to optimize employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage budgets and resources for the People Services department, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services.

Must-Have Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  2. Minimum of 8-10 years of HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing diverse teams.
  3. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

  1. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  2. Experience in leading cultural transformations or change management initiatives.
