About the Role:
We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our network as a freelance recruiter. In this role, you will specialize in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across various specialties, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters with a strong network in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for various roles.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, certifications, and experience.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes with healthcare facilities and organizations.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Build strong relationships with both candidates and healthcare clients.
• Stay up to date with healthcare industry trends and workforce demands.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter, either in an agency or in-house setting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions independently.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
• Existing network of healthcare professionals and clients is highly desirable.
