About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our network. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for a variety of roles across different industries. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who thrive in an independent work environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment methods. 

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. 

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. 

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement. 

• Stay updated on industry trends and hiring best practices. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house) with a successful track record of placements. 

• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach. 

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously. 

• Access to recruitment tools and platforms is a plus. 

• A network of candidates and/or clients is highly desirable.
