Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence within the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and strategic business planning, with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment of sales goals with manufacturing capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize business development strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industrial sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
